A range of personal training programs are offered. This includes individual and small group programs. Pricing depends upon amount of sessions. See our Personal Training Brochure for pricing details.

A broad range of gift certificates including treatment, personal training, and memberships are available at the Front Desk or for purchase via telephone. Call (305) 744-3348.

Treatments

In the facility we have two treatment rooms, each of which is staffed with the best the Keys have to offer. Please see the front desk to make arrangements and payment (not included in any memberships) for your treatment.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the front desk.
A 24 hour notification is required before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged a service fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time as to not delay the next guests time. The full value of your treatment will apply.
Prices for Massage are $55.00 for 30 minutes, $ 85.00 for 60 minutes and $115.00 for 90 minutes.
