Pirate Wellness Center offers group exercise classes Monday through Saturday. This schedule will allow members the opportunity to take several cardio, strenght training or yoga classes each week.
Instructors Sandy Kerr, Kathie Rockett, Jane Basford, Deborah Jacobson, Vicki Gladwell, Joanie Agosti and Annie Pedicini represent the best the Keys has to offer in group fitness instruction. Together, they hold nationally recognized certifications in every area of group fitness. Their many years of combined experience teaching group exercise classes provides a wealth of fitness knowledge to members and guests of the Center.
