Why a Pirate
Wellness Center? First
of all, Pirates abound in the Keys. They come from all over the
world to enjoy the treasures that are unique to these islands and
waters. Diving, fishing and other activities of the
Keys requiring stamina, strength, and coordination. Alas, Pirates of all ages need to think about their overall health. Pirate Wellness Center is an attempt to address these needs.
use the term “wellness” rather than “fitness" because
we believe Pirates need a more holistic approach than simply
going to a gym. Sure, Pirates need a well healthy figure, but they
also need a strong heart, low blood pressure, low cholesterol,
and stamina for those long voyages at sea or to their favorite watering hole.
